How to receive your race number

To ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible at the start, we offer several ways for you to receive or collect your race number. Below you can read exactly what applies to you, including times and locations.

1. Receive your race number by post (optional / no longer available to order)

Did you opt for home delivery when you registered?

Your race number will be sent by post from 3 March onwards.

You will receive your race number at home, so you do not need to visit a distribution point.

Please check that everything is complete upon receipt.

👉 Did you opt for home delivery but have not received anything? Please contact us in good time via our contact page.

2. Digital race number & QR code (for everyone)

All participants will receive in advance:

An email with your race number and QR code (you must bring this with you to receive your number).

This information can also be found in your Atleta dashboard.

🔑 The QR code is always required when collecting your race number. Make sure you have it with you, either digitally or printed out.

3. Collecting your race number before the event

You can collect your race number in advance at the following location:

📍 DailyRun – Amsterdamse Bos

Amsterdamseweg 507, Amstelveen

🗓 Tuesday 10 March to Saturday 14 March, 4 p.m.

 

Opening hours DailyRun – Amsterdamse Bos

Tuesday 10 March: 10:00 – 18:30

Wednesday 11 March: 10:00 – 18:30

Thursday 12 March: 10:00 – 18:30

Friday 13 March: 10:00 – 18:30

Saturday 14 March: 09:00 – 17:00*

This is the quietest option and avoids waiting times on the event days.

* Your race number will be ready until Saturday 16:00.

4. Start number pack at ibis Budget Hotel

Have you booked a stay at ibis Budget Amsterdam City South using our discount code? We will deliver your race number and any items you have ordered directly to your room — so you don’t have to pick anything up and can start your race feeling relaxed.

5. Collecting your race number on Saturday evening

For participants in the Zorg en Zekerheid 5K Night Run and last-minute collectors of other distances:

6. Collect your race number on Sunday (event day)

On Sunday, there are several collection points, depending on your distance. Please note where you need to be.

KPMG Marathon & Relay and the Zorg en Zekerheid Half Marathon

Stadshart Amstelveen Kids Run

📍 Nieuw Loopveld – Kids Plein

⏰ From 11:00 a.m.

PUMA x DailyRun 10 km

📍 Stadstuinen

⏰ From 11:30 a.m.

Important points to note

  • Always bring your QR code with you.
  • Go to the correct distribution point for your distance.
  • The Kids Run has its own distribution point.
  • Business teams will receive their race numbers and other items when they register at Day Tapas Bar on the day of the event.
  • The PUMA x DailyRun 10 km runners have their own distribution point next to the start at the Stadstuinen.
