  • First and last name
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Nationality
  • Bib number
  • Net finish time
  • Ranking (overall, gender, age group)
  • Title and date of the Event

The processing serves to:

  • compile official WMM rankings;

  • communicate about possible qualification;

  • provide information about relevant (inter)national competitions.

Data are shared only with WMM and processed securely in accordance with their privacy policy. Since WMM is based in the USA, by registering you expressly consent to this transfer outside the EEA (Article 49(1)(a) GDPR). Objections may be made until March 14, 2026 via info@lentemarathon.nl.

15. Anti-Doping Regulations

The participant acknowledges and accepts that participation in the event organised under the responsibility or auspices of the organiser (hereinafter: the “Organiser”) is exclusively subject to the National Anti-Doping Regulations and the General Disciplinary Regulations of the Institute for Sports Law (Instituut Sportrechtspraak), as currently in force or as amended from time to time. The participant is obliged to comply with the provisions contained therein and, where required, to cooperate with the implementation of such provisions.
The participant acknowledges having had the opportunity to take note of the National Anti-Doping Regulations via the website of the Dutch Anti-Doping Authority (www.dopingautoriteit.nl/juridisch) and of the General Disciplinary Regulations via the website of the Institute for Sports Law (www.isr.nl/onderwerpen/algemeen-grensoverschrijdend-gedrag).

Precedence of the National Anti-Doping Regulations in Case of Conflict

In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the National Anti-Doping Regulations and any doping-related agreements or provisions contained in any other agreement or set of regulations, the National Anti-Doping Regulations shall prevail fully and unconditionally.

Acceptance of Disciplinary Jurisdiction and Decisions of the Anti-Doping Authority

The participant accepts that the authorities or bodies competent under the National Anti-Doping Regulations are authorised to investigate, determine and sanction (alleged) anti-doping rule violations in accordance with the National Anti-Doping Regulations and the applicable disciplinary framework. The participant undertakes to fully cooperate with this process.
The participant accepts the decisions (rulings and determinations) of the Anti-Doping Authority, insofar as these result from the Dutch Anti-Doping Policy Implementation Act and the National Anti-Doping Regulations, and is obliged to comply with them (without prejudice to the right to lodge an objection and/or appeal). The participant accepts the sanctions imposed pursuant to the National Anti-Doping Regulations and/or the applicable disciplinary regulations once such sanctions have become final and binding.
