Each team receives one ankle strap. Pass it to the next runner at each changeover.

Arrange transport in advance

The organiser does not provide transport between changeovers. Agree who will be waiting where and how each runner will get there. Allow for road closures and a walk from your parking place.

Your start area

The first runner starts at 09:30 (subject to change) and must be in the start area by 09:20. Teams arrange their own transport between changeovers.

Race bib

Check your confirmation email for delivery or collection. Manage your entry and extras in Atleta.

Ankle strap and changeovers

Each team has one ankle strap. Pass it to the next runner. Arrange transport to and from the changeovers yourselves.

Travel to Amstelveen

Check the programme and travel information in advance. Allow time for crowds, road closures and the walk to your start area.

Do we all run the same distance?

No. The legs are approximately 10.4, 7.1, 11.9 and 12.1 km, followed by about 0.7 km together. Allocate the legs in a way that suits your team.

Is transport to changeovers provided?

No, teams arrange their own transport. Plan both the next runner’s outward journey and the return journey for the runner who has finished.
