ibis budget Amsterdam Zuid named Hotel Partner of the KPMG Lentemarathon Amstelveen

A strong performance at the KPMG Lentemarathon starts with a good night’s rest. That is why the KPMG Lentemarathon Amstelveen and ibis budget Amsterdam Zuid have joined forces to offer runners a relaxed and sporty race weekend. The hotel welcomes participants with a special rate and extra services designed to make a real difference.

The modern hotel is located just a few minutes from the start area and is easily accessible by both car and public transport. ibis budget Amsterdam Zuid is increasingly focusing on sports-minded guests and teams looking for a comfortable, affordable, and practical place to stay during sporting events.

“We are delighted to support an event like the KPMG Lentemarathon Amstelveen,” says Jacqueline Struik, General Manager of ibis budget Amsterdam Zuid. “The energy, athletic spirit, and sense of togetherness during this weekend perfectly match the atmosphere we aim to offer our guests.”

The Lentemarathon organization itself will also be staying at the hotel during the event.

“It’s great to work with a partner that is not only close by, but also truly thinks along with the runner’s experience,” says Roy van Damme, organizer of the KPMG Lentemarathon Amstelveen. “The combination of comfort, service, and commitment makes this a very valuable partnership.”

The next edition of the KPMG Lentemarathon Amstelveen will take place on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 March 2026. Each year, the event attracts thousands of runners from the Netherlands and abroad.
