The Zorg en Zekerheid Half Marathon is the perfect distance for dedicated runners looking to challenge themselves on a fast and varied course. Running entirely on paved roads, you’ll discover the best of Amstelveen, including the beautiful Amsterdamse Bos, the charming Oude Dorp, and the surrounding countryside.

Starting from Stadshart Amstelveen, the course takes you on a scenic loop through the green landscapes of the Amsterdamse Bos. You will then run through the city, passing lively locations and enthusiastic spectators along the way. The route also includes a lap around the athletics track of AV Startbaan before heading back towards an exciting finish in the vibrant heart of Amstelveen.

  • The half marathon starts at 11:00 am (subject to change)
  • The time limit for the half marathon is 3 hours

Make sure to be in the correct starting area at least 10 minutes before your start time. The starting areas will be assigned based on the estimated finish time you provided.

You will receive more information about this via email in the lead-up to the event.

ITEM DEPOSIT

Item deposit for the KPMG Lentemarathon will take place in tents at the Stadshart. No clothing can be left in the starting area. The item deposit is open from 8:30 to 16:00.

RACE MAP & AID STATIONS

Along the course you will find a number of sponge and feed stations. There are also toilets and medical posts at the feed stations.

4K: Water
10,5K: Water
12K: Water + Powerbar sport drink + Sponge + Fruit
14,5K: Water + Fruit
18K: Water + Powerbar sport drink + Sponge + Fruit
20K: Water + Powebar sport drink

Finish: Water + Fruit

It is not possible for participants to have food delivered by the organization at the feed stations. Our sports drink partner is Powerbar.
